This is one the coldest region in the world.But did  you notice something?Even in the midst of the cold, things are still functional.Check out the traffic light,it is working perfectly.But in our so called nation  with beautiful weather, we can't have steady power supply.Assuming our country experiences this kind of extreme conditions, what would have been our fate?
